Shady is a doctorate of education (Ed.D) candidate at the University of South Carolina, USA. His career in education spans over 15 years. Shady worked as a teacher, head of the department, academic coordinator, innovation director, and vice principal. Shady is TEDx organizer and has been selected to speak at many National and international education conferences in the MENA region. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Science, an Executive Management Diploma, and a Master of Science in Education.
